Following on from our new leadership framework, launched in April, HH Global is pleased to announce new key leadership roles, which will further drive our company’s current impressive period of dynamic growth.

Kristian Elgey has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer. Kristian has been acting as Interim CFO and Chief Commercial Officer since April 2021 and we are pleased to confirm that he has been appointed into the role permanently. With deep functional expertise, Kristian has the required experience and leadership capabilities to strategically manage our global Finance organization.

Following the recent acquisition of Adare International, we have experienced significant growth in the LATAM region. Given this, along with the significant presence and ongoing expansion of key global client relationships, it is time to establish a new operating region, under the leadership of a newly appointed Regional CEO, Steve Greener. With over 30 years of industry experience, Steve has a demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth across LATAM and he will also be joining the Group Management Board.

We are excited to be implementing a new structure that enables global group functions for Legal, Human Resources and Strategic Sourcing. The central focus across these functions will enable us to drive further collaboration and common ways of working to meet the needs of our valued clients. Effective immediately our Legal function will report into Kristian Elgey. As there are significant joint efforts between Legal and Finance from a commercial, risk and regulatory perspective, they naturally lend themselves to cross-functional engagement.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Kathy Presto has been promoted to Chief Procurement Officer and will lead Strategic Sourcing across all regions and she also joins the Group Management Board.

As we have recently grown to over 4,000 employees, we recognize a need to develop a global strategy nuanced for regional requirements that prioritizes the talent processes, programs, and initiatives critical to the success of all of our employees. Helen Babbe has therefore been appointed Chief of Corporate Services. Helen will lead the Human Resources function globally, working closely with the Human Resources leadership across all regions.
