At HH Global we pride ourselves on our ability to amplify creative campaigns for big brands. The ingenuity and expertise of our luxury packaging team was recently acknowledged in the UK Packaging Awards 2022 and the Formes de Luxe Awards.

The Formes de Luxe awards took place on 3 October and we are delighted to announce that HH Global won in the Wine + Spirits Coffret category. The UK Packaging awards took place on 19 October and HH Global received the Highly Commended honor in the Retail Limited Edition of the Year category.

Our submission for these awards was packaging developed for the Macallan’s gifting range, titled “A Night on Earth in Scotland”. This project demonstrated our leadership in creative design and sustainable innovation.

How did we do it?
– Using paper and pulp-based materials to ensure the packaging can be recycled

– Engineering a robust top fitment in board to withstand any bottle movement
– Cleverly constructing the rigid sleeve to match the unique shape of the gift box to elevate the unboxing experience

Judge at the Formes de Luxe Awards, July Ntibila, Packaging Development & Purchasing Manager at Pierre Hermé Paris said: “This cardboard coffret really stood out for being monomaterial and ergonomic, with great attention paid to the opening gesture. Great consideration was given to the consumer experience, down to the message printed on the cardboard insert that is removed to release the bottle.”
