Supporting diverse supply chains

By 2025, HH Global has committed to have 15% of our annual spend to small and diverse business supplier partners. This ambitious target underpins our commitment to supporting under-represented groups and furthering a more inclusive economy. We are incredibly proud to have already surpassed that target.

As part of our global onboarding process for our strategic supplier partners, we track all major diversity categories where applicable, including businesses owned by women, veterans, minority groups, LGBTQ+ individuals and small enterprises. By collecting and analyzing data, we hold ourselves accountable to our diversity goals and ensure that our diverse strategic supplier partners are recognized and supported. This includes actively engaging women-owned businesses and inviting them to become WEConnect-certified.

In doing this, we unlock a range of benefits for our woman-owned strategic supplier partners, including increased visibility in WECommunity, access to procurement opportunities and the opportunity to participate in training and mentorship programs through WEConnect.

Promoting continuous improvement

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond sharing best practices and encouraging continuous improvement. We participate in global and regional meetings with WEConnect to discuss diversity initiatives and share success stories. These interactions help us stay at the forefront of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our practices evolve with global standards and expectations.

From our strategic supplier partnerships to our tracking of representation groups and outreach efforts, we are dedicated to nurturing a diverse and inclusive business environment. We are also deeply committed to cultivating diversity and inclusion within our organization. Through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including the Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA) and Women in Search of Excellence (WISE), we actively empower and advocate for our employees, ensuring individuals from all backgrounds are supported and have a voice.
