Driving positive change management and client partnership success through new appointments

HH Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Mildren as Vice President, Global Head of Implementation + Assessments.

This appointment highlights our commitment to continued growth and our dedication to developing strategies to ensure the continued success of our client partnerships.

Paul will collaborate with implementation leadership to drive positive change management across HH Global, facilitating the onboarding of new clients and expanding services for existing ones. With a proven track record of managing and successfully leading global teams, Paul is positioned to bring a wealth of expertise in marketing process and software delivery to HH Global.

Paul brings with him 20 years of experience, including time at Tag and OLIVER where he oversaw implementation and client onboarding for clients such as Coca-Cola, Mondelez, Jaguar Land Rover, RBS, H&M, Unilever, Britvic, The AA and Barclaycard. Most recently, Paul led the Customer Success Management team at Jellyfish, where he managed the delivery of several tech platforms across the business. He was also responsible for consultancy projects for clients such as adidas, Google and Zurich Insurance, helping brands redefine their marketing process and implement the right software solutions to optimize their supply chain.

Paul joined the company in January 2024. He is based in London reporting to Helen Babbe, Chief Operating Officer.

Helen is responsible for developing client-centric operations that have a consistent approach globally and overseeing the global alignment of HH Global’s functional areas, including HR, Business Integration, Business Transformation and PMO, as well as implementation and assessments, warehousing operations and shared service Centers of Excellence. She also leads the deployment of training to drive operational excellence and consistent ways of working globally. Additionally, Helen coordinates the Group Management Board.
